Kangaroo Island in July

... the good time to revisit Kangaroo Island - the a single hour ride upon the Sealink Ferry from Cape Jervis, South Australia - it's mid winter, frail though not as well cold. Fresh tainted sea air and fantastic views from the clifftops, here during Pennington Bay buoy the senses ... and, being the low season, we feel similar to we have this wonderful place to yourself. Later in the day, the feed of locally held King George whiting, cooked to soundness in the light beer batter, with chips, during Kingscote ... we will think we have been in heaven!
